At the Raisina Dialogue 2026 in New Delhi, U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau emphasized the strategic importance of deepening India-U.S. ties, highlighting India's rising global role and economic potential. He stressed that U.S. foreign policy prioritizes national interests and reciprocity, warning against repeating past trade mistakes made with China.
