West Bengal's voter roll revision is gaining momentum, with over 200,000 claims and objections submitted by political parties and voters. The Trinamool Congress leads in filings with 77,091 submissions, followed by the BJP with 60,186. The process aims to update the state's electoral roll, which currently has over 70 million voters, ensuring accuracy and inclusivity ahead of future elections. Other parties like CPI(M) and Congress also actively participated in the revision exercise.
