Shiv Darshan Singh Jamwal has been appointed as the new Director General of Police (DGP) for Arunachal Pradesh, transferring from his current role as DGP of Ladakh. The Ministry of Home Affairs issued the transfer orders on Friday. The current Arunachal DGP, Anand Mohan, will be transferred to Delhi as part of this reshuffling.
