While murder and rape cases saw declines, crimes against women increased by 3.16%, with specific rises in outraging modesty and dowry deaths. Kidnapping and abduction cases also decreased significantly. The state also saw a reduction in cybercrime, outperforming national trends, but road accident cases increased, though fatalities decreased.
