Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy has requested Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy's intervention to complete land acquisition for the service road beneath the Amberpet flyover in Hyderabad. The 1.5-kilometre, four-lane flyover on NH-163, built by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways at a cost of Rs 265 crore, was inaugurated in May 2025. Despite the flyover's completion, the service road remains unfinished due to stalled land acquisition, causing commuter inconvenience. Kishan Reddy urged the Chief Minister to direct officials to resolve the delays.
