Iran possesses the largest ballistic missile arsenal in the Middle East, with a self-imposed range limit of about 2,000 km, sufficient to reach Israel. Its stockpile includes various long-range missiles such as the Sejil, Emad, Ghadr, Shahab-3, Khorramshahr, and Hoveyzeh. While Western powers view this arsenal as a regional threat and potential nuclear delivery system, Iran denies intentions to develop atomic weapons. Missile sites are located near Tehran and in several provinces, including underground facilities.
