Several major expressways, including the Delhi-Mumbai and Amritsar-Jamnagar highways, are slated for completion. The ministry is also streamlining project awarding by ensuring 90% land acquisition and regulatory clearances beforehand, a shift from previous practices that led to delays in numerous ongoing projects.
