M V Pathak Assumes Command of Indian Coast Guard Western Seaboard

M V Pathak, Additional Director General of the Indian Coast Guard, assumed charge as the Coast Guard Commander for the western seaboard, covering Gujarat to Kerala and the Lakshadweep archipelago. Joining the ICG in 1989, he has commanded all classes of Coast Guard ships and held key positions including Chief of Staff and Deputy Director General. He has been awarded the President Tatrakshak Medal and Tatrakshak Medal for his service.
