A Punjab man searching for his missing brother in Russia claims at least 10 Indian nationals recruited into the Russian Army have died, with four others still missing. Jagdeep Kumar, who visited Russia twice, submitted documents to MP Balbir Singh Seechewal's office allegedly confirming the deaths. The deceased and missing individuals are reportedly from Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Jammu. India has previously cautioned its citizens against joining the Russian military and urged Russia to end the recruitment of Indian nationals.
