The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is installing anti-smog guns and mist spray systems at metro stations to combat rising pollution levels. Priority is given to stations on main roads, with most installations expected by January 20. DMRC has already placed 83 anti-smog guns at construction sites and fitted mist spray systems at 37 stations. This initiative aligns with directions from Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, urging DMRC to lead in pollution control efforts.
