INS Sudarshini Begins 10-Month Lokayan 26 Transoceanic Voyage

The Indian Navy's Sail Training Ship INS Sudarshini will begin the Lokayan 26, a 10-month transoceanic expedition starting January 20. Covering over 22,000 nautical miles, the voyage will visit 18 ports across 13 countries and include participation in international tall-ship events in France and the USA. Over 200 trainees from the Navy and Coast Guard will receive sail training, fostering professional exchange and maritime cooperation. The expedition symbolizes India's maritime heritage and diplomatic outreach.
