Palaniswami Alleges DMK Subordinate to Congress Amid Seat-Sharing Dispute

AIADMK chief Edappadi K Palaniswami accused the ruling DMK of being subordinate to its ally, the Congress party, alleging that Congress secured 28 seats for the upcoming Assembly polls through intimidation during seat-sharing talks. He recalled similar dynamics during DMK patriarch M Karunanidhi's era. Palaniswami emphasized that AIADMK is contesting the 2024 Lok Sabha polls independently and has formed a transparent and cordial alliance to challenge the DMK-led coalition.
