
Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated that India has made a strong, though late, entry into the semiconductor industry and is poised for self-reliance and future exports. Speaking at the Abhyudaya Madhya Pradesh Growth Summit, he also highlighted the state's investment potential, where projects worth ₹2 lakh crore were inaugurated, expected to create over 1.93 lakh jobs. Shah praised Madhya Pradesh's development in areas like electricity and cleanliness.
