
The Himachal Pradesh cabinet approved the transfer of 3,400 bigha land for a new township in Baddi, Solan district, aiming for world-class amenities. Approvals also included establishing a multidisciplinary institute on a public-private partnership model, a disaster risk reduction project with French aid, and amendments to real estate rules for transparency. Additionally, 600 assistant staff nurse posts were approved, along with a 20% incentive for faculty doctors with higher medical qualifications.
