JNU Faculty Member Writes to President Over Campus Discourse and VC Controversy

A Jawaharlal Nehru University faculty member, M Christhu Doss, has written an open letter to President Droupadi Murmu expressing concern over the quality of discourse on campus. He criticized the Jawaharlal Nehru University Teachers' Association (JNUTA) for spreading what he called distorted propaganda against Vice-Chancellor Santishree Dhulipudi Pandit, whose alleged casteist remarks sparked protests. The letter calls for upholding intellectual honesty and maintaining respectful academic debate at JNU. Copies were also sent to other government officials.
