President Murmu Highlights Bhagavad Gita Teachings at Jagannath Centre Inauguration

President Droupadi Murmu highlighted the spiritual teachings of the Bhagavad Gita as a source of guidance for today's youth during the inauguration of a proposed Jagannath cultural centre in Jamshedpur. The centre, planned as a replica of the 12th-century Puri shrine, will promote spiritual learning, communal harmony, and education for underprivileged children, including girls. Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan noted over 500 Jagannath temples exist nationwide. The project aims to boost religious tourism and support character and ethical development among young people.
