The Magenta Line of the Delhi Metro is set to become the network's longest corridor, surpassing the Pink Line, following Union Cabinet approval for a new 9.9-kilometer underground stretch. This extension, part of Phase VA, will connect Ramakrishna Ashram Marg to Indraprastha, adding nine stations and providing direct metro access to the Central Vista area. The expanded line will create new interchanges with Yellow, Violet, Blue, and Airport Express lines, serving key landmarks.
