Delhi's environment minister announced two Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP)-4 restrictions are now permanent to combat severe air pollution. Vehicles without a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC) will be denied fuel, and non-Bharat Stage VI (BS6) vehicles from outside the city will be restricted from entering. These measures aim for long-term compliance and reduced vehicular emissions, regardless of current air quality levels. Delhi's air quality remains in the 'very poor' category.
