
Hagrama Mohilary, BTC chief and Bodo peace process leader, urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to fully implement pending clauses of the 2003 and 2020 Bodo Peace Accords. Speaking at public events in Guwahati, Mohilary acknowledged the accords' role in reducing violence and granting autonomy but emphasized that some provisions on enhanced autonomy, constitutional safeguards, and development remain unfulfilled. He also expressed gratitude for the BJP government's support and highlighted the cultural recognition of the Bodo community.
