Union Home Minister Amit Shah is visiting the Andaman and Nicobar Islands for three days starting Friday. He will chair a parliamentary consultative committee meeting on national issues on Saturday, attended by Minister of State Nityanand Rai and several MPs. Shah will also attend an event on the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and is expected to address a public meeting. This marks his second visit to the region in under a month.
