
Marking one year since the BJP returned to power in Delhi after 27 years, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta inaugurated 500 electric buses, increasing the city's fleet to over 4,000—the largest in India. The government aims to expand this to 14,000 by 2028 and plans a comprehensive electric vehicle policy, including e-rickshaw regulation. An interstate e-bus service between Delhi and Panipat was also launched. BJP leaders highlighted governance achievements and efforts to improve air quality and infrastructure.
