India's Defence Exports Expected to Reach Rs 29,000 Crore by April 2026, Says Rajnath Singh

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh announced that India's defence exports are expected to reach around Rs 29,000 crore by April 2026, with a target of Rs 50,000 crore by 2029-30. He highlighted record domestic defence production exceeding Rs 1.50 lakh crore in 2024-25 and emphasized self-reliance amid global supply-chain shifts and regional uncertainties.
