The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) plans to construct a slip road connecting Sohna Road to the Delhi-Jaipur Highway service roads to ease congestion at Rajiv Chowk and other junctions. This project aims to allow vehicles to transition without waiting at signals. GMDA also plans upgrades for the Sector 9/9A intersection to manage traffic during upcoming metro construction and is addressing the dilapidated condition of a slip road in Sector 7 Extension.
