The son of suspended Trinamool Congress MLA Humayun Kabir, Golam Nabi Azad, was detained in Murshidabad for allegedly assaulting his father's personal security officer (PSO), Constable Jumma Khan. Kabir denies the allegations, claiming his son objected to the PSO entering their home and that the case is politically motivated.
