Gujarat Deputy CM Highlights ATS Role in National Anti-Terror Efforts and Infrastructure Expansion

Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi praised the state's Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) for its leading role in combating terrorism across India, including exposing terror modules and disrupting crime networks in multiple states. Speaking at a foundation stone ceremony for police infrastructure projects worth over Rs 202 crore in Ahmedabad, he highlighted the ATS's efforts in monitoring online radicalization and securing Gujarat's coastline. The government plans to strengthen the ATS with technical upgrades and increased budget support.
