Tension has risen in Hisar, Haryana, as Hindu right-wing groups Bajrang Dal and Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) announced plans to recite the Hanuman Chalisa at Krantiman Park, opposite St Thomas Church, on Christmas Day.
