
The Madhya Pradesh High Court criticized the Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) for delays in submitting key documents related to the Baghirathpura water contamination tragedy, which caused around 36 deaths. The court ordered the IMC to provide all relevant records within 10 days. Meanwhile, the IMC reported replacing old pipelines and restoring water supply to 70% of Bhagirathpura, completing major infrastructure upgrades. The judicial commission was granted four more weeks to finalize its investigation, with the next hearing set for April 6.
