The Delhi government has introduced a priority-based policy for distributing commercial LPG cylinders amid scarcity, allocating approximately 1,800 cylinders daily across eight sectors. Priority 1 includes educational institutions, hospitals, railways, and airports, capped at 11% of the total allocation (around 200 cylinders). Other sectors such as government institutions, restaurants, hotels, dairies, caterers, and sports facilities are assigned descending priority levels with specific percentage caps and cylinder limits to manage supply effectively.
