
Union Minister Jitendra Singh reported that over 20 lakh public grievances were resolved in 2025, with an average resolution time of 15 days in central ministries. He highlighted reforms focused on 'minimum government, maximum governance,' emphasizing digital tools and citizen-centric approaches. The Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) facilitated this process. Additionally, Singh noted Rs 833 crore in revenue generated from scrap disposal and initiatives like 'Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore' to bring administration closer to citizens.
