This initiative aims to upgrade retro-reflective signs and provide details about each sign, including manufacturer information and warranty. Future phases may integrate these QR codes with a PWD mobile app for citizen complaints regarding damaged signage. Standardized guidelines for installation and maintenance, including a 10-year warranty on signage quality, have also been issued to ensure uniformity and address issues of discolored or damaged signs.
