AAP Sarpanch Arrested in Tarn Taran Drug Case, Sent to Judicial Custody

Paramjit Singh, also known as Pamma, the Aam Aadmi Party sarpanch of Kalsian village in Tarn Taran, was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for allegedly harboring drug suspect Harmanjit. The arrest followed a major drug seizure involving heroin, methamphetamine, and opium in February. Pamma was sent to judicial custody after police remand, with investigations ongoing. The NCB is probing cross-border drug trafficking and possible links to terrorist organizations.
