Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has launched 'Mission Pragati' to provide free academic and physical training to rural and meritorious students for competitive examinations like SSB, police, and armed forces. The initiative aims to support students who cannot afford costly coaching, offering them access to study materials and experienced trainers. The program, which has enrolled 40 students in its first batch, utilizes existing infrastructure for minimal expenditure and follows a 'youth helping youth' mentoring model.
