The Delhi government plans to revive a real-time pollution study, shifting focus from PM2.5 to PM10. An earlier study by IIT Kanpur was halted due to data and methodology concerns. Officials aim to pinpoint specific PM10 sources, like road and construction dust, to inform targeted interventions. Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa stated the revived study will help assess PM10 factors and evaluate mitigation measures such as water misting systems and anti-smog guns.
