He highlighted the 'Third Revolution in Military Affairs,' advocating for All Realm All Domain Operations (ARADO) beyond Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and stressed non-nuclear strategic deterrence. The seminar, held with the Indian School of Business as knowledge partner, focused on integrating technology and strategic reforms to enhance India's armed forces' resilience and operational capabilities.
