Kerala Congress (M) Confirms Continued Alliance with LDF, Denies Switching to UDF

Kerala Congress (M), the third-largest member of Kerala's ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF), confirmed it will continue its alliance with the CPI(M)-led coalition, dismissing rumors of a switch back to the United Democratic Front (UDF). Party chairman Jose K Mani emphasized loyalty to the LDF after support following their UDF expulsion. Party leaders denied any discussions with UDF or pressure from Christian groups, affirming their commitment to contest at least 13 seats in the upcoming Assembly elections within the LDF framework.
