He claims this practice, replacing regular sessions with limited-scope meetings, reduces legislative scrutiny and concentrates power in the executive. Bajwa argues this constitutional distortion hollows out the legislature, turning it into a messaging platform rather than a forum for accountability, especially concerning the replacement of MGNREGA with a new act.
