Delhi Assembly Extends Deadline for Punjab Police Officials' Reply on FIR

The Delhi Assembly Speaker has granted a three-day extension, until January 15, for three senior Punjab Police officials to respond to a privilege notice. The notice concerns an FIR registered in Jalandhar regarding a video of Assembly proceedings. The Punjab officials had requested a 10-day extension to file their reply, arguing the matter was already before the Assembly's Committee of Privileges. The Assembly had initially given them 48 hours to respond.
