Highlighting ongoing global conflicts, he noted the challenge world leaders face in speaking the full truth due to diplomatic constraints. He emphasized the need for collaboration among National Human Rights Institutions worldwide to strengthen civil society and hold governments accountable, regardless of historical roles as perpetrators or victims.
