Delhi Police's Special Cell arrested seven operatives linked to a Pakistan-backed terror and criminal network operating in Delhi-NCR. The syndicate, directed by Pakistan-based handlers Shahzad Bhatti and Ajmal Gujjar, was involved in smuggling illegal arms, ammunition, and narcotics from Pakistan through Punjab. The accused conducted reconnaissance of strategic locations and religious sites, sharing intelligence with handlers. Police recovered pistols, cartridges, mobile phones, narcotics, and a vehicle.
