Approximately 28.83% of electors are categorized as absent, shifted, or dead (ASD), with their names to be excluded from draft rolls. These voters can re-apply to be included in the final rolls, which will be published on February 28. Meanwhile, Gautam Budh Nagar reported over 300,000 voters unmapped during its revision.
