Shiv Sena (UBT) Leader Ambadas Danve Receives Threat Calls; Police Register NC Case

Ambadas Danve, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader and former Maharashtra legislative council opposition leader, has received multiple threatening phone calls since March 12. Despite switching off his phone, the calls persisted, prompting him to meet the police commissioner and lodge a complaint. The police registered a non-cognisable case against an unidentified individual at Kranti Chowk police station. Danve stated he is unsure if the threats relate to election rivalry or other reasons and left the investigation to the authorities.
