The Election Commission of India has begun hearings in West Bengal to review the electoral rolls for 32 lakh 'unmapped' voters. The EC has excluded Booth Level Agents (BLAs), representatives of political parties, allowing only government officials and micro-observers to ensure transparency and avoid disruption.
