Congress MLA Mathew Kuzhalnadan Questioned by Vigilance Over Chinnakanal Land Case

Congress MLA Mathew Kuzhalnadan was questioned by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) regarding alleged irregularities in his land purchase at Chinnakanal, Idukki district. He cooperated with the inquiry, which focused on whether he possessed additional land beyond his title deed and if the land's declared value was understated. Kuzhalnadan denied any wrongdoing, stating the land value was above fair price and welcomed the probe. The Idukki Revenue Department has also registered a Land Conservancy case related to the matter.
