The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a supplementary chargesheet against three individuals—Anees Fathima, Chan Pasha A, and Dr. Nagaraj S—in the 2023 Bengaluru prison radicalisation case. The accused are linked to the Lashkar-e-Taiba terror organization and face charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, UAPA, Explosive Substances Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, and Karnataka Prisons Act.
