UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan made a brief but substantive three-hour visit to New Delhi, meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi to deepen India-UAE ties. The leaders agreed on a strategic defence partnership, expanded cooperation in artificial intelligence, nuclear energy, space, and long-term LNG supply. They set a target to double bilateral trade to $200 billion by 2032 and endorsed investments in Gujarat's Dholera region. Both condemned terrorism and committed to counter-terror financing amid regional geopolitical tensions.
