The initiative aimed to connect the government with people, especially in remote areas, by bringing essential services and welfare schemes closer. Out of 17,747 complaints and applications received, 12,776 were resolved on the spot or promptly, demonstrating tangible administrative results and bridging the gap between citizens and the government.
