The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a final chargesheet in the Chhattisgarh liquor scam case, naming 59 additional individuals and bringing the total accused to 81. The newly named individuals include Soumya Chaurasia, a former deputy secretary in the Chief Minister's office, ex-IAS officer Niranjan Das, liquor license holders, distributors, and excise department officials. The ED's complaint, spanning 315 pages with extensive documentation, details evidence of money laundering and backdoor entries in the alleged scam.
