In Tamil Nadu, over 4.42 lakh applications for inclusion in electoral rolls were received by December 27, with more than 2.56 lakh submitted on December 27 alone during special booth-level camps. These camps, part of the Special Intensive Revision, aim to facilitate claims and objections following the draft roll publication. The claims and objections period extends until January 18, 2026, with over 4,700 applications for voter exclusion also submitted. Booth Level Agents are assisting in the process.
