The Trinamul Congress (TMC) has appointed four Assembly-level coordinators in West Burdwan district to strengthen its organizational structure ahead of the 2026 West Bengal Assembly elections. These appointments aim to energize grassroots efforts, improve booth-level coordination, and boost organizational activities across the district's nine constituencies. The TMC currently holds six seats in West Burdwan, with the BJP holding three, and the party has set a target to win all nine seats in the upcoming elections.
