Manipur CM Yumnam Khemchand Singh Allocates Cabinet Portfolios After President's Rule

Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh allocated portfolios to his council of ministers a month after taking oath on February 4, 2024. Singh retained charge of eight departments and oversees unassigned ones.
